The Heart Behind Summit

I’m Candace Lindner, Founder of Summit People Strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience in HR, learning and development, leadership, talent and performance strategy, I’ve partnered with organizations across transportation, retail, luxury beauty, nonprofit, and government sectors—including global teams and union environments.


My approach is collaborative, people-centered, and results-driven. I bring insight, curiosity, and care to every engagement—helping organizations align leadership, talent, and culture to what matters most.


I’ve experienced firsthand how leadership and culture shape everything from trust and engagement to performance and growth. I’ve worked in organizations that prioritize people—and those that don’t. That contrast is a big part of why I started Summit People Strategies: to help build leadership and cultures where both people and business can thrive.


Outside of work, I’m a mom to two young daughters, a proud dog mom, and a fan of the beach, Disney, and family travel. These moments ground me—and shape how I lead, listen, and live.
